Social Media Officer at DHE Co., Ltd. (subsidiary of The Mall Group) — title scope was social, but the brand had no Marketing Ops infrastructure: Drive-only asset reuse, no Notion, no Sheets tracking, no booking link, no formal approval flow. Built the systems anyway, solo, as a side initiative.

Four years from BBA Digital Marketing to building agent systems.

I treat marketing the way infrastructure teams treat services — observable, versioned, source-grounded.

I graduated from Bangkok University in 2022 with a BBA in Digital Marketing, and have been building since: from organic community growth (game servers, Discord, GTA V Online), to social production at agency velocity, to a full Marketing Ops rebuild for premium hospitality brands at DHE / The Mall Group.

AI Marketing OS is what happens when you stop using AI tools and start designing AI workers. Thirteen specialists, one orchestrator, an Opus 4.7 governance layer, anti-drift baked in — running on Notion, Claude Code, MCP, and a Python control plane I built in a few weeks.
